What a lovely, friendly, fun, young man Romaric is! He was an absolute pleasure to have in my home and I hope he comes back again soon. He is kind, considerate, helpful, has a wonderful sense of humor and is clean and tidy. I am happy to recommend him to stay with anyone. I know you will love him as much as my other guests and I do.

locataire ne respectant pas le règlement intérieur malgré de nombreux rappels.À cassé le sommier du lit et n'a pas proposé de le rembourser.
Rien à signaler d'anormal. Conforme à ce qui est présenté dans l'annonce. Propriétaires accueillants et discrets à la fois. Chambre et salles communes correctes et propres. Parfait donc.

Álvaro was a perfect host during my erasmus. Helpful, discreet, very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very nice and clean; and well situated, just near the river and the ayuntamiento. A perfect place to stay!
